Starting from 2020, there is a Permanent Resident (PR) admission cap of 25%-30% for each school. Only 10 schools are affected.
Assuming a 30% cap, we can derive the % of PR who are already admitted into the school. For example, Pioneer’s PR vacancy for Phase 2C is 11% (of total), therefore they must have already admitted with a PR population of 19% (during previous phases).
